How can the Mayor and Council do all this for those who are willfully homesteading, and also have neglected the needs of the homeless for the past two decades?
The Mayor and Council don't do this type of thing for those who live on the streets for years. They instead spend dozens of millions on affordable housing developments (which developers and contractors make all the money off of), but nothing on temporary shelters (let alone ponchos) for the chronically dispossessed.
