I suppose it wasn't enough to put up a mere link to the Councilman's page. So here is a complete list of CLARTS expenditures, following.
The CLARTS fund is also Item II on this page. (As we said on December 20).
And it turns out that all CLARTS fund expenditures by contract, as approved by City Council and drawn up by the City Attorney's office, have been listed here at the City Clerk's page since their signings. (As we said in July 2010).
Some people are a little slow, and don't know how to do research. Some people have been pestering a Councilman for these contract listings, when in fact it's the City Clerk's responsibility to disclose them to the public--which she did. We'll give some people time to catch up.
CLARTS expenditure list follows. For a pdf of a specific contract, reference it at the City Clerk's page, where they've been posted since they've been signed.
In other news, Rudy Martinez pledges to spend CLARTS money on emergency services. He would have to transfer the money to the City's General Fund first. Which has been going on already since the CLARTS fund was established.
Happy hunting, &c.
